Pastor/Head of Staff: Dr. Benton J. Trawick 
Ben came to North Wilkesboro Presbyterian in February 2003. He is a graduate of Columbia Theological Seminary (M.Div.,1993) and Princeton Theological Seminary (D.Min., 2001), and he has served as pastor of New Dublin Presbyterian Church in Dublin, VA, and Christ Presbyterian Church in High Point, NC. Ben and his wife Amy have two children, Hannah and Duncan.

Director of Music: Debo Cornett
Debo, a member of NWPC since September of 2001, serves as the Director of Music for the church.
Her resume includes: Bachelor of Music & Graduate Work, Appalachian State University, Boone, NC; Theater Education Graduate work Virginia Commonwealth University, Richmond, VA; Acting/Directing, Lee Strasberg Theatrical Institute, NY, NY; taught Choral Music and Musical Theater at South Hill Middle & Senior Highs 1973-1976; Music Education Instructor-Wilkes Community College 2000-2001; Choral Director at Wilkes Central High School 2001-2004.
She and her husband, Larry (volunteer sound/video technician at NWPC), are parents to sons Bryant and Derek. They also enjoy spending time with their two grandchildren, Kori and Carter.

Organist: Marty Franklin
Marty first attended North Wilkesboro Presbyterian Church in the fall of 1989 and became a member of the church family in 1991. She was hired as Interim Organist in September of 2001. In 2003, her position as church organist became permanent. Marty and her husband Mike are parents to four lovely daughters: Jane, Rebekah, Julianna, and Rachel.

Director of Christian Education/Youth Minister: David “Smitty” Smithey
In August of 1999, Smitty and his family joined NWPC. A graduate of Gardner Webb University, Smitty has served as the Youth Director of our church since his arrival. He added the role of Interim Director of Christian Education in June 2009, following the retirement of Libby Welter. Prior to his service at North Wilkesboro Presbyterian Church, Smitty served as Minister to Students and Families at New Hope Presbyterian Church in Hickory, NC. He is the dad of two amazing kids, Parks and Abby.

Office Administrator: Mae Shatley
Mae came to North Wilkesboro Presbyterian Church in May of 1971. She has faithfully served as our church secretary/office administrator for over 40 years.
