Sanctuary Windows

Completed in May, 2006, the stained glass windows at North Wilkesboro Presbyterian are the work of Salem Stained Glass in East Bend, NC and are designed by stained glass artist Derek McCuiston.

Each of the 28 windows has its own unique design, and each design is symbolic of God’s work in the church and in the world.  A brief description of each window’s design and “meaning” follows but as with all good art work, other meanings may suggest themselves to the viewer.  Thus, the descriptions in this guide are only “a part of the story.”
